Brian Camposano has spent his entire career in finance - as an investment banker, an investor and an operating executive. Brian is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of CovenantIQ Corp., an intelligent loan monitoring platform for banks and private credit funds offering cash flow-based loans to middle-market companies.
Prior to founding CovenantIQ, Brian was the CEO of Stratify, and the CFO & COO at Docker. When Brian isn’t focused on budgets and forecasts, you can usually find him biking the roads and trails of Northern California with his wife and three sons.

Venky Krishnan is a seasoned SaaS product management professional with over a decade's experience serving enterprise businesses from the middle-market to large enterprises.
He is an accomplished researcher in cloud computing, holding 15 patents and publications. At CovenantIQ, he leads the product vision, architecture, and execution of a scalable and flexible analytics SaaS solution with AI, which facilitates loan monitoring through a collaborative platform for lenders and borrowers.
When he's not working, Venky enjoys hiking in the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest and listening to a wide variety of music.

Tad Neeley
Tad brings over two decades of experience in structured finance and executive leadership across investing, operations, and fintech innovation. He currently leads product strategy and go-to-market efforts at CovenantIQ, driving the company’s vision for transforming credit and middle-market lending.
Previously, Tad co-founded and served as President of Banyan Infrastructure, a fintech platform purpose-built to streamline project finance for mid-scale infrastructure.
Tad is a former Operating Partner at Golden Gate Capital, a $19 billion private equity firm, where he led telecom-sector acquisitions. Tad's earlier career includes serving as Head of Capital Markets and Finance for three mid-market renewable energy companies, where he structured, issued and managed complex debt facilities across the entire loan lifecycle and capital markets ecosystem.
