Brian Camposano has spent his entire career in finance - as an investment banker, an investor and an operating executive. Brian is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of CovenantIQ Corp., an intelligent loan monitoring platform for banks and private credit funds offering cash flow-based loans to middle-market companies.
Prior to founding CovenantIQ, Brian was the CEO of Stratify, and the CFO & COO at Docker. When Brian isn’t focused on budgets and forecasts, you can usually find him biking the roads and trails of Northern California with his wife and three sons.

Venky Krishnan is a seasoned SaaS product management professional with over a decade's experience serving enterprise businesses from the middle-market to large enterprises.
He is an accomplished researcher in cloud computing, holding 15 patents and publications. At CovenantIQ, he leads the product vision, architecture, and execution of a scalable and flexible analytics SaaS solution with AI, which facilitates loan monitoring through a collaborative platform for lenders and borrowers.
When he's not working, Venky enjoys hiking in the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest and listening to a wide variety of music.
