Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics & Scientist with around 2 years of experience to work on advanced analytics projects, including LLMs, text classification, and predictive analytics. You will play a key role in developing data-driven solutions that power our platform. This position is on-site in the Redmond/Seattle area, working closely with subject matter experts and collaborating with both on-site and remote team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models for text classification, predictive analytics, and other use cases.
- Develop workflows for processing, analyzing, and modeling structured and unstructured data using Python, Pandas, and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Work with large language models (LLMs) to derive insights and build intelligent applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, applying them to enhance our capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and text classification techniques.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with on-site and remote team members.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Redmond/Seattle, WA.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Experience with NLP techniques beyond text classification.
- Knowledge of the banking or financial analytics domain is a plus.
- Exposure to startup environments or small-team collaboration.
